Case Study

Although our products can be offered separately and we normally elaborate together with our clients the methodology and approach depending on the needs and expected results of the client, based on the latest clients, a possible methodology for an organization in the process of creating a cultural change for permanent adaptation (BPM, Leadership and Relational Coaching) might include the following phases:

Phase 1 – Establishment of the objectives

  • Definition of the individual mission of each of the services of the organization in line with the existing Mission, Vision and Strategic Plan
  • Establishment of the objectives and agenda
  • Agreement on the 'Pilot Project'
  • Establishment of the 'Support Team'
  • Communication of the objectives of the project to the departments involved

Phase 2 – Development of the Pilot Project

  • Initial training on all managers on BPM and assignment of responsibilities
  • In depth training of the 'Support Team' on BPM and related tools (the objective is to create an autonomous team that can lead similar projects once the Pilot Project is completed successfully)
  • Development and approval of the first draft of the Processes Map (processes, sub-processes and flowcharts)
  • In-depth training of the managers on Leadership
  • Identification with sponsors and managers of group and individual Leadership objectives
  • Agreement on individual and group objectives with sponsors

Phase 3 – Implementation of the Pilot Project

  • Training to all the users of the processes
  • Implementation and conclusion of the processes described in the Processes Map
  • Analysis of the results, incorporation of modifications to the processes and approval
  • Identification of indicators and periodicity
  • One-to-one follow-up (Relational Coaching) of the individual objectives and training
  • Projection of the indicators as part of a potential (or existing) Balanced Scoreboard

Phase 4 – Evaluation

  • Meeting with sponsors to evaluate the success of the Pilot Project
  • Meeting with sponsors and managers (group and individual) to assess the achievement of Leadership objectives
  • Formulation of following steps
