In-house Training
From an organizational perspective, the ability to create and consolidate effective team work is one of the basic elements for success and future adaptability.
This ability is directly related to the communication skills of the team leader and team members, which impacts dramatically the ability to develop a safe learning environment where creativity is at the service of the team performance.
Meanwhile individual coaching might be the most successful tool for personal development within organizations, being able to understand and agree on the elements that make interpersonal communication effective and cooperation successful, will certainly help create the necessary environment to consolidate and optimise the benefits of a coaching culture.
In order to fulfill this need in organizations we have developed the following two in-house courses:
- Interpersonal Communication. The purpose of this course is to offer the participants the opportunity to experience a ‘relational approach’ to communication and to reflect on their own individual communication style, its strengths and shortcomings and the overall impact on others.
-
Enhancing Cooperation. The current dominant social conventions are permanently promoting competition as the main driver for innovation and creativity. This course aims at offering the participants a different view of social interaction, a different perspective of what makes creativity and adaptability possible: the relationship with others.
